Cyndi graduated with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Nutrition from Deakin University back in 1984 – with her almost 40 years in the industry making her the DOYEN of Nutrition in Australia.
There is not ONE single property market in Australia. Instead, we have seven or eight primary markets and big cities, that work countercyclical to each other – as one rises, another falls. While we can’t control these markets, we can absolutely make informed decisions about which markets to buy into.
Bad debt can be hard to shake, but it shouldn’t leave you sceptical of all debt moving forward. Surprisingly there is such a thing as good debt – this is debt that actually helps you to purchase wealth-building assets. When it comes to property investment, good debt can be an absolute goldmine.
When it comes to building a property portfolio, I often find there is overarching confusion surrounding different types of strategies and actions related to real estate. What I’m talking about is property investing versus property trading. Yes, they actually are two completely different things that are separated by contrasting behaviours, attitudes, knowledge, risks and costs.
